• You should drink a lot of fluids because water contain oxygen too. Drink a lot of water daily and also eat fruits containing high water content in it.

• Add antioxidants in your diet. They help your body to use oxygen more effectively so that eating them can help to maintain a good level of oxygen in your body.

• Your atmosphere is also a very important part to look after. You should prefer to live in a place full of trees, green plants etc. You can plant trees and plants in your garden to feel more alive.

• Exercises. You can do aerobic exercises to maintain your oxygen level like swimming, walking, rowing etc.

• You can do meditation to have a more peaceful mind and a healthy mind-set always leads to a healthy body.
