Peace is in short, a state of mind or a period in which there is a freedom from disturbance, anxiety, negativity and when there is no war going on in your mind or in your body. The definition and the experience of peace can be different for everybody. In our hectic life we have a lot of things going on every single day, we have our job, homework, housework and so on. Despite of being this busy we still make some time for other people it can be either your friends or your family but what about you? What about the war going on and on in your mind? What about the noise and the traffic inside your body, in your mind, in your heart? When is the time when we can take some time for ourselves and just relax, forgetting every single chaos that has happened in our lives and when we can just enjoy being us, being independent, being happy in short being in peace.

Meditation is a very common yet the most effective thing that you can do to be in peace. As said in many books, videos and many other platforms its not just about that. Its not just about closing your eyes and sitting in a position until your legs give up. Its about how much you can observe and then control all the noises and the chaos going on in your mind. How can you make yourself a peaceful person and how can you make your mind and your soul that much powerful and calm that you stop caring about what others are doing and how their work is going to affect you . Feeling every sensation in your body, blocking every negative thought and chaos going on in your mind and finding out who you truly are is meditation . Finding your true power and making yourself calm, composed, relax, happy is meditation.

Advantages of meditation and what it does to our body :-

I think meditation is itself a cure for every disease in your body. If you have ever wondered can our will power and our body itself cure any disease? Then yes, it can our body have capability and the power to cure any kind of disease itself .But are we aware of it? Definitely no. Even when we break our bones and then we have to apply plaster many people think that our bone is joining itself because of the plaster that plaster has a medicine that can cure our problem. But my friend its just to keep our bones in a from, our body itself join another bone ,it have the  energy and the power to cure any kind of problem in our body but we because we are not aware of what we can do it just sounds like a magic or something like that. Keep doing meditation makes you so peaceful so that your mind does not make your life more complicated. Funny , isn’t it ?how the main cause of problems are us. Our mind makes things that are not even real because of the things that we have been thinking , the things that we are watching and the things that we are listening to. But seriously “calmness of mind is the most beautiful jewel of wisdom”. The real motive of meditation is not only to control your thoughts but it is to stop letting them control you. 

 “Meditation is being in tune with our inner universe”.
